Board certified in general surgery and co-owner of Pagosa Medical Group. He specializes in colon cancer control and prevention.

Amber Reiss-Holt, MD

Board certified in general surgery, emergency medicine, & critical care. Co-owner of Pagosa Medical Group.

Joy Norris, MD

Carole Nasralla, MD

With an emphasis on women’s health and obstetrics, she sees mostly pediatric patients at PMG and is the Medical Director at Aspire. As a family, they LOVE to travel, so if you can’t find Carole at the clinic, then she is probably on an adventure somewhere in the world!

Heidi McMillan, MD

A member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She received her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and completed both her medical degree and her pediatric residency training at Penn State.

Kaitlin Wert, FNP

Kait specializes in family medicine with a BSN from Penn State and MSN from Frontier Nursing University. Outside of work, she enjoys mountain adventures with her family and dogs.
